The purpose of this blog is to keep me accountable and track my progress. Last pregnancy I walked almost five days a week but it wasn't very fast and therefore not effective. My plan with this pregnancy is to stay in shape and hopefully stay strong so I can bounce back faster after the baby.
I wondered if pregnant women could still do lunges and squats. I think I might try and start that up again. At least squats, not sure about lunges.. I don't want to lunge into the wall or something. I've been doing mini crunches as well, not sure if I should do that but for now I plan to continue. Good job on the running!
